Workout of the Day (WOD)


This term is used to describe the work-out that will be held that day at the gym. WOD’s are typically a combination of olympic weightlifting, gymnastic movements and cardio. WOD’s are usually between 10 and 25 minutes in length.

Our classes are typically 1 hour long and include a warm-up, skill work and the work-out of the day. At times an additional cash-out (a brief, intensified work-out), strength-training or a stretching session will be built into the class.
